Just make sure it's *really* clear that you're defining ACM requirements
in the same document as you're defining an ACM itself.

FYI, I should have mentioned I had to miss both the netconf and netmod
meetings because of conflicts with real paid work (which always has to
take priority).  Sorry if I've mentioned things that were already
mentioned there.
