Folks,

Dave is currently unable to respond to any of these:

- UDel recently converted to using gmail for incoming email, and
that has 'broken' incoming email for Dave.

- Dave recently converted his desktop machine from Windows 7
to Windows 10, and all of his accessibility tools broke in
the process. He can't have the computer "read" to him, and
  he can't dictate either.

So he can't review the current documents, and he can't reply to them.

His previous comments on any of these drafts remain unchanged, as best
as he and I can tell.

H

Even if you don’t have any comments, please indicate to the mailing list that you have read the draft and you believe it is ready for submission to the IESG. This is critical to helping the chairs determine working group consensus on this document.
