I've meant "Architecture and API for RTCWeb" from Neil Stratford:
https://docs.google.com/document/pub?id=1MfrFHKx6O6yWtIv_jqwyH-RAbm8AgRtXQ7dJTZz5J2g&pli=1and
draft-jennings-rtcweb-api-00. There might be something that I've
missed
while reading those documents but I could not figure out how to implement
any of the features that I've listed.
