Hi Rifaat:

I am writing to apply for a ten-minute slot to introduce draft-cui-anti-ddos-problem-statement(https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-cui-anti-ddos-problem-statement/).

Our goal is to use this draft to achieve consensus on the key issues of collaborative defense against DDoS attacks and work together towards resolving these problems. This draft begins by introducing the current state of DDoS attacks and defense mechanisms. It then highlights the necessity of collaborative defense against DDoS attacks and concludes by presenting the current status and key issues of existing collaborative methods. 

We would like to request the working group's assistance in dispatching. Similar to our previous application (SAV-D：https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-cui-savnet-anti-ddos/), this draft is closely related to the concluded dots working group. And also, we would like to locate more individuals who are interested in this draft document. They may include network operators, security vendors like Akamai, and cloud providers such as AWS.
