The need for an "Information Model" seems to fairly high right now -- Rainer refers to it as well in one of his emails as being the part that we need to get right. Others have as well in the past, so I suspect doing this right is worth the time. So, this is what I will do: I will go ahead and respin draft-gurbani-sipclf-problem-statement as draft-ietf-sipclf-problem-statement (i.e., no changes except file name). Then I will work on updating the draft with the information model, which we can discuss in Anaheim. Specific comments you had on what fields should be in the information model and what should be out of it can be discussed in more detail once we have a section that lays out this model.
