The SCE team has merely stepped back a bit, watching to see if L4S actually manages to make any technical progress.  Meanwhile we are continuing work in our own direction.  We know SCE is imperfect, but we still think it is a better foundation for development.

The L4S team tried to close it without actually resolving it, same as #29 right now.  Both issues need to remain open until a resolution is actually achieved.
