No, you can easily buy either at any pharmacy and/or supermarket in the
UK. However, don't expect to see it in the nx100 sized bottles you can
pickup in the US, it only comes in (much more expensive) bubble-pack
quantities of ~20, ostensibly to make it harder to use for suicide.

Conversely, Codamol is easily obtainable in the UK, but much more
restricted in the US. And don't think of taking *any* of these to e.g
Dubai...
