The simple solution seems to be just print the T-shirt size you order in the T-shirt ticket, make sure the responsible party who distribute the T-shirt to give T-shirt based on T-shirt size.

Is it that men are taking women's sizes because IETF men are getting smaller? !?!?!?

Or are men getting women's sizes to give to some woman in their life?

(It is so *wrong* to wear a shirt from a meeting you didn't attend!)
