This had been discussed during the meeting organization calls, but had been discussed late enough that we weren't willing to impose extra process upon the secretariat for checkin at this point.  Right now the system is simply to give a cheap disposable ticket simply as a rate limiter as part of receiving your conference badge.  To add to this process, we'd need to chose tickets that are handed out with the sizes from the registration database.
