+1 for eating vegetarian.

I suffered from mild chronic diarrhea for 18 months, since moved from China
to Australia, where it suppose to have a higher bar for food regulation.
Tried diary-free, gluten-free diets; went to different specialists; having
all weird kind of blood/chemical tests done. Nothing helped like being in a
10 days meditation retreat with pure vegetarian food. and then turned into
vegetarian. Having iron, zinc and other nutrition level checked regularly,
and my doctor says everything in perfect range ever since.
