The focus group (FG-QIT4N) documents are available for members in its website: https://www.itu.int/en/ITU-T/focusgroups/qit4n/Pages/default.aspx It is a good idea if ITU-T can share relevant documents with us through liaison. To make that happen I think you need to work with Lars, Collin and Mirja (I do not understand the process, but they certainly do).
