Thanks Arnaud.

It would be interesting to learn more about the current ITU SGs 
perspective on the challenges and opportunities of the potential 
application of quantum computing,  hybrid quantum and classical 
computing systems and quantum-inspired systems to address network energy 
efficiency and climate change.
