Hi IAB,

Great topic and great speakers.  I am certain that each of the speakers
has these questions on their minds, but I thought I might ask them here
anyway for completeness:

  * Akin to EKR's question, how do each of the speakers define Internet
    fragmentation?
  * What aspects of Internet fragmentation are technical versus
political, and how do they interplay?
  * How do those aspects impose a choice on members of the technical
    community?
  * What next steps would the speakers suggest from the technical community?

Have a great meeting!

Eliot
