There's a bunch of opening moves in the game, but sooner or later
they get to ask for publication with disclaimer, right?

I thought that we were 100% certain that the WGs won't want to use
SSL as a basis for standards.  I suppose we might hope they will give
up and go away quietly, but that seems unlikely and a bit disingenous
of us as well.
