IMHO Ole's objection is legitimate and my understanding of it is that he 
disagrees with the conclusion of draft-ietf-dhc-v4configuration.

The way I see it, consensus on draft-ietf-dhc-v4configuration is the 
core issue. If we don't already have consensus on the analysis of the 
problem space and of the proposed solutions, I don't see how we can send 
one of the proposed solutions to IESG.
