very close to the dhcpv4-over-ipv6 solution as in some of the models it
also only uses IPv6 packets.

build its own transport?
A couple of questions comes to mind here (at least my mind):
- - Is the IPv4 island expected to be a real island all on it's own OR
is it an island connected via a tunnel to other islands of IPv4?
- - Will the DHCP4 server have IPv4 connectivity via the tunnel and
maybe more or will it be all IPv6, with only the DHCP4 communicating
over it's own protocol?
