Hello,

There is an IETF Diversity Update by the IETF Chair and the Security
Area Director on the IETF blog. The graph displays a breakdown of
IESG membership by gender and by U.S. versus non-U.S. That's
different from the breakdown listed at
https://fbnewsroomus.files.wordpress.com/2014/06/facebook-eeo-1-report-2013.pdf

There are some comments at
http://forums.theregister.co.uk/forum/1/2015/12/02/ietfs_white_men_urged_to_tone_it_down/
I'll pick one of them: "That was published in 2001 (female author
BTW) and updated last year (non-WASP editor BTW)". On reading more
[1], I came across this: "Many people who don't have a drop of malice
or prejudice but happen to be older or distant from university, media
and government spheres find themselves tainted as bigots for
innocently using passed terms ..."

Regards,
-sm
