Right.  And the consensus calls will be posted as soon as possible.

Decisions are made based on technical arguments.  The Working Group 
Chairs do not decide what is the best technical argument; they 
determine the consensus of the Working Group.  If a person posts a 
technical argument, he/she should bear in mind that other Working 
Group participants should be convinced of the merits of the argument 
and see how consensus can be achieved.

Humming is done to get a sense of the room.  Anyone can participate 
in the HyBi Working Group and is free to provide input and weigh on 
the decision process.  The Working Group sessions at an IETF meeting 
are open.  You can walk to the microphone and state your views even 
if you do not have a badge.  There is also a Jabber room for remote 
participants and a live audio feed of the session [1].

As there hasn't been any questions about the process [2], I presume 
that all participants in this Working Group fully understand how the 
process works.
