Probably a good idea.

However, I'd really like to hear feedback from those that are not that
interested in multiplexing if any of these framing approaches is attractive
and/or onerous.  If there is (for example) some acceptance of a martinesque
approach, then we can put more effort to scoping out a multiplexing solution
that works with that.
