Tim,

I sampled the new document and nothing leapt out that clamored for 
additional changes. So, as long as you are writing a document with the 
current thrust and scope, I would say it hangs together very well. That 
said, it won't meet any more fundamental objections (where someone is 
looking for a different thrust or scope).

I would concur that the document is useful, because the level of even 
basic understanding of Unicode (on the level of code point types) is not 
as good as we think it is, and not as broad as we think it should be. 
That's the gap this document fills. It's a well-defined gap and this is 
a focused document to plug it.
