If these values indicate some kind of difference in grammar (e.g. 
subjunctive) or intonation (for audio) that is indicative of these 
distinctions, this might be fine as part of language tagging.

If however the intent here is to indicate something about the truth 
value of the data (text/audio/...) in question, similar to fact checks 
(e.g. Washington Post Pinocchios,...), then I think that should very 
clearly be kept out of language tagging.
