The main goal of this call is to confirm if the document still
represents the WG consensus, even after an IPR disclosure.
Therefore I'd like to ask people to explicitly express their opinions.
Especially if you said smth during the original WGCL, please let the
chairs know if you have (or haven't) changed your mind.
