I have reviewed the document in question along with the documents it 
updates and the 6man-ug draft. I support the adoption of this document, 
subject to the change from "MUST NOT" to "SHOULD NOT". It is clear that 
some network operators rely on EIU-64-based IPv6 addresses for 
administrative purposes, as a carry-over from IPv4, and do not at 
present wish to modify their procedures.

I would also recommend that the title, Abstract, and similar text in the 
body be changed from "Deprecating EUI-64 Based IPv6 Addresses" to 
"Deprecating Mandatory Use of EUI-64 Based IPv6 Addresses".
