Hi! As someone who is an administrator (as defined in the I-D), I would like extend my sincerest thanks for this I-D. I think the I-D is good shape. I just have a couple of comments (searched some so hopefully I’m not repeating - if I missed it here’s my advanced mea culpa):

1) s1.1 & s3 lists examples of forums, i.e., IETF public participation channels. I think/know this includes MeetEcho/WebEx/Zoom sessions, but maybe not everybody will think/know this. Can we add some words like “virtual meeting collaboration tools” or even name some of the applications? The later might not age well so I am not wed to the particular words.

2) s1.2 includes the following:

  Provide the broadest possible latitude to all people doing
  moderation, so that they have the flexibility to address a broad
  range of individuals and circumstances.

This might just be me, but as opposed to just “individual” can we add "disruptive behaviors":

  Provide the broadest possible latitude to all people doing
  moderation, so that they have the flexibility to address a broad
  range of individuals’ disruptive behaviors and circumstances.

3) Appendix C includes the following bullet:

   * Announcements of conferences, events, or activities that are not
      sponsored or endorsed by the Internet Society or IETF;

Over in TLS, the chairs discussed this particular bullet a couple of months ago and while we don’t want to get spammed we don’t have a problem with announcements as long as they are pre-approved; see [0]. I realize these are non-normative examples, but is there any chance we could work in the pre-approval concept:

   * Announcements of conferences, events, or activities that are not
      sponsored or endorsed by the Internet Society or IETF and that are
      not pre-approved by the administrators;

Cheers,
spt
