Support this adoption.

It’s valuable work, and will simplify the process of receiver.

In configured subscription scenario, the receivers may have no capability of netconf client, so the receivers do not know how to validate the
YANG PUSH messages for lack of versioning information.

I think YANG PUSH versioning capability should be  optional , and may be configured when the subscriptions are configured.

This is start of a two week poll on making draft-tgraf-netconf-yang-notifications-versioning-03 a working group
document. Please send email to the list indicating "yes/support” or "no/do not support".  If indicating no, please state your reservations
with the document.  If yes, please also feel free to provide comments you'd like to see addressed once the document is a WG document.

The poll ends May 31.
