Hi Raj,

One humble request: could you swap #7 and #8? One reason is #6 and #7 
are well related to each other. Another (and more serious) reason is 
that it is unpredictable how many people will send slides for #7 and I 
can imagine that the flow mobility discussion will occupy long long time...
