[Lizhong] agree. And currently it is too earlier to say MPLS is 
non-starter. What's more, it is not necessary to associate MPLS with any 
control protocl, e.g, MP-BGP. When we regarding the MPLS, it is only a 
label, or an identifier which you could define within current IETF 
architecture.
