Yeah I've been using that template for a while, though it's boilerplate is out of date (I'm not sure any tool can keep up with IETF boilerplate changes these days :)).
It's pretty good, but it still ends up with some quirks, such as printing to the generic text printer in XP appends a space char at the end of each line, which the ID-submission tool can't parse correctly.

I have just done two I-Ds without any problems and believe it is the fastest and most robust to writer's errors.
