There is a notice to that effect if you check a .txt document using the tool at

Have you reloaded it lately? I updated it last week. The .dot file
should be dated Feb 26, 2009, and reflects the latest boilerplate. As
others noted, changing the boilerplate is easy enough - just replace it.
It's highlighted (colored background) for your convenience, but
otherwise isn't special.
