I've used it recently, and had no problems with the ID-submission tool.
If you're having any problems, please email me your:

	.doc file
	.prn file
	.txt file

I'll be glad to update the processing script to strip trailing spaces
off the line if that's causing problems, but I haven't seen any such
issues yet.
