Matt,
   please change the RFC-Editor and RSE pages to point to the draft (see below) instead of the PDF version.  Feel free to sync up with Sandy and Alice as required.

Please also note that the .xml and .html versions arse not yet available, but should be by the end of the day Monday, if not quite a bit earlier.  I already submitted the .xml version, but there seems to be a problem, so I've notified ietf-action at ietf.org.s

Please let me know if you require additional details or have any questions.
