No worry - it's more of a guideline than a rule. If you submit a new version with the a name like 

draft-castillo-rtcweb-open-wire-protocol-00 

and send me an email reminding me, the chairs will get the new draft marked as replacing draft-sipdoc-rtcweb-open-wire-protocol-00. Unfortunately you will need to wait till Nov 13 before you will be able to submit  as it will be a -00 draft.  

In the meantime, people can just use the existing draft.
