I believe this is a correct summary.

Agree with Bernard that we need to ensure that the connectivity check as 
done by ICE doesn't have inadvertent effects on public STUN servers, 
however my understanding of how the ICE credential mechanism works leads 
me to believe that this isn't actually a problem, as long as we are 
clear about what "check succeeded" means when we tell browser vendors 
how to implement this.
