Hi all, 

FWIW, I'm aware of an IPR that might be applicable to this I-D. That IPR was already disclosed for the OAM framework I-D: https://datatracker.ietf.org/ipr/3121/

A similar disclosure is needed IMHO to this draft; will try to get this done soon.
