Jan 27 is the 6lowpan interim in the Bay area, I would not be able to 
attend if the meeting is 26-27 in HK. I might be able to make 23-24 in 
HK, but would prefer something between Feb 7 and Feb 17 (the last day 
possible to meet the 30-day advance for IETF guidelines).
