HKDF https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5869 can be used to derive the key for SHA1 from 256-bit key but as per the last mail thread http://www.ietf.org/mail-archive/web/tram/current/msg01525.html, I did not see any consensus if TURN client must include MI calculated using both SHA1 and SHA2.
