Hi! Thank you for the robust feedback on the mailing list. I am closing this call for feedback. I assess that we have rough consensus to start the chartering process of DULT. The chartering process from here is a sequential process as follows: ** The IESG will conduct an initial review of the charter at the next formal telechat (February 15). ** The charter will be sent to the IETF community for review. ** The IESG will conduct a final review on the charter at a future formal telechat (possible dates include February 29 or March 7) At each steps of this process, there may be feedback which requires adjudication. Contingent entirely on the feedback during this steps, the current scheduling of reviews would make it possible for the DULT WG to be chartered by IETF 119.
