I support the charter text as of -00-03.

Based on the two BoFs, I've filed the following two tickets for the
record:

1. <https://github.com/rdanyliw/ietf-dult/issues/1>, acknowledging that
   this diagram and its terminology were discussed at both BoFs but are
   not part of the charter text under consensus call; and

2. <https://github.com/bdetwiler/draft-detecting-unwanted-location-trackers/pull/174>,
   which I intend as a clarification, not a substantive change.

Neither is blocking.  :-)  Thanks to everyone who's working on this.
