For never having been standardized, it certainly appears in a lot of
Unix/Linux distros. For instance on Redhat 6:

     urd             465/tcp         smtps   # URL Rendesvous Directory for
SSM / SMTP over SSL (TLS)

Note the multiple assignment is noted but not "revoked".
