AERO is typically used with automatic tunneling, but the functions can also be applied
to native multi-access links with no tunneling. Yes, client software is used for managing
prefix delegation server associations, for mobility management, etc. But, standard
DHCPv6 PD also requires client-side software, so I'm not sure I see a problem?
