Youtube uses Opus in DASH. WebM defines VP9/Opus as one of its standard
profiles.

But not to get sidetracked, I want to clarify that I want NETVC to
produce something that is acceptable for the <video> tag or DASH.
Bluray, non-end-user usage, etc is totally out of scope.
