Hi, Niklas and I are taking responsibility.
At this point, we can't tell "silence == no objections" from
                             "silence == everyone on vacation"

I think that we need some additional text around the proposed idea to call
Implementation Drafts.

I would like some additional feedback on other ways of organizing the work,
but I've heard Carsten's preference loudly.
