In addition, we noticed our original kramdown, in appendix A.2, _can many
items be trivially concatenated_ that we had a missing newline before at "One
of the reasons", and too much text got taken up into the aside.

The sentence:

} One of the reasons for this specification is to make sure that CBOR encoded
} certificates do not suffer from this problem.

should not be in the aside where we quote earlier in the document.
The text that we are quoting from earlier has actually changed/drifted from
above, so it is not clear to me what we are really quoting.
