- Section 5.1.1: updated the sentence per Shivan's reply (removed 'Iran').
- Section 10: replaced URL for [Sandvine-2014] (now [Sandvine-2015]) with the one Mallory provided.

Re: 5.1.1, if you prefer that a reference be added to the URL Shivan provided, please let us know and please provide the reference details, including the English translation of the title because it would be included in the reference.
