I would suggest just deleting that sentence ("The latter is really the only uniquely beneficial feature for DDoS as a technique employed for censorship.")

I would suggest keeping it, but changing the last sentence to read: "Temporal impermanence is really the only uniquely beneficial feature for DDoS as a technique employed for censorship."

b) Please provide a replacement URL. This one is 404 Not Found.
