We wanted to check in regarding our question on whether any other 
changes are necessary, either to the RFC or to the guidance provided by 
"Format for RFCs in the IAB Stream" 
<https://www.rfc-editor.org/materials/iab-format.txt>. For instance, 
should the header and/or the introduction of this RFC be updated?
