Hi Jean, hi Cindy,

I did comment on this one separately. We did not submit the PDF. We submitted a link to the blog post. Please use that link instead:

https://www.ericsson.com/en/blog/2022/6/relays-and-online-user-privacy

Generally, Cindy, we can’t republish these kind of contributions as we don’t have the copy right. This is also true for papers that are already publish somewhere else. Please also check if there are other papers. Instead we should just link to the original paper on our webpage.

In future is there an option to add an external link to the datatracker? If not we a) need to confirm with the author if we can republish (and keep that written confirmation) or b) ask them if we can just publish their contribution email with the link to the paper or give them an option to create some kind of extended abstract with a link to the paper.

Mirja

Also there is a merged datatracker change to reorg IAB workshops, however, I believe that is not deployed yet. As soon as that is deployed we can probably go ahead and reference the papers in the datatracker.
