I have reviewed the document and believe it presents the current
network situation in a balanced way. Its suggestions allow for a
variety of different administrative policies, while still arguing that
the benefits of maintaining reverse mappings in most cases outweigh
the costs.

Personally I would have preferred additional citations, for instance
to support many of the statements in 3.1, but I support the document
progressing as is.
