I would like to point out to a mistake in the list:

TRICALCAR project was funded by IDRC, and coordinated by EsLaRed. Although
the participant members happened to be members of APC, it should be
attributed to the real coordinator Fundacion EsLaRed. I personally revised
each of the original documents produced under thie contract, shown in the
attached document:

I will really appreciate if the list is corrected accordingly.
