Digital Empowerment Foundation's IEEE-accredited course on wireless networking
Go Local! Workshop (K-net)
APC's TRICALCAR project (English & Spanish)
TRICALCAR project was funded by IDRC, and coordinated by EsLaRed. Although the participant members happened to be members of APC, it should be attributed to the real coordinator Fundacion EsLaRed. I personally revised each of the original documents produced under thie contract, shown in the attached document:
